Which BPE to use for 5100 shocks?

Hey guys, I'm changing out my Ranchos for Bilstein 5100's and can't find which bar pin eliminators to use for the upper rear shocks as none are listed for an H3. I ordered some for a "jeep" and thought they would be fine but they are a little too large for the bracket. Any help would be...

    Leaf spring brackets hitting frame

2009 Hummer H3T w/ Rancho Hey guys, I've had a bad clunking noise from the rear when going over uneven surfaces for quite some time now. I've replaced my rear sway bar bushings/sway bar links thinking that would solve the issue but did not. I've narrowed it down to my leaf spring brackets...

    Will it leak without it?

Quick update: Ended up extracting it out, so glad this is over, learned my lesson about torque specs. This is the kit I used if anyone else runs into a similar problem, worked out great!

Removing timing cover, what's all involved?

Thanks man, I haven't came across this one yet, looks to be what I needed.

Removing timing cover, what's all involved?

I considered the EZ-outs and left handed drill bits but read where you can make things worse if you don't know what you're doing. It's at an angle and such a small hole where it's hard to be dead straight on the bolt. I'm wanting to avoid drilling and heating up the case if possible. I ordered...

Removing timing cover, what's all involved?

2009 Hummer H3T Adventure 110k miles. Hey guys, trying to remove my timing cover to gain better access to a broken water pump bolt. I haven't found any good step by step videos on YT so I'm reaching out to the forum. I already have the water pump/tensioner/balancer removed and found a pic...

    Will it leak without it?

Hey guys, was putting on a new water pump and over torqued the first nut and broke it off. I don't think I'll be able to extract it on my own as my methods haven't worked so far. Its sitting a few threads inside the timing case so it's a challenge to get to. Does anyone have an easier way that...

    Correct sway bar link installation

Hey guys, just installed some new sway bar links and was wondering if they are too close to the CV's? The 2nd pic is how the previous owner installed them which looks incorrect to me. Do I have them in the right place? Thanks for the help.

    100% water pump?

2009 H3T Adventure w/ 110k miles. Hey guys, was driving last night and noticed squealing coming from the front and figured it was a worn belt. Heard a pop and pulled over and noticed coolant pouring from the bottom. I immediately cut the engine and watched the reservoir empty within a minute...

Is this supposed to stick out like this?

2009 H3T 110k miles w/ Rancho I'm guesssing this has been installed incorrectly? All the other ones I've seen have been flush with the crossmember. Thanks for the help.

    Rancho kit bushing replacements

Hey guys, has anyone found a replacement for these bushings since the Rancho ones can't be found? Any help would be appreciated, these are toast and making a crap ton of noise. Thank you
