Which BPE to use for 5100 shocks?

Hey guys, I'm changing out my Ranchos for Bilstein 5100's and can't find which bar pin eliminators to use for the upper rear shocks as none are listed for an H3. I ordered some for a "jeep" and thought they would be fine but they are a little too large for the bracket. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
