Have a 2010 H3 Alpha with a leaky drivers side exhaust manifold, where are these mythical replacement manifolds hidden?? I’ve looked everywhere and GM has discontinued them. Passenger side no problem but drivers side is unobtanium!! HELP!!

I have never seen a broken Alpha Exhaust Manifold. What almost always does happen is one of the bolts fastening the Exhaust Manifold to the head breaks off (possibly more than one can break off) and then the manifold does not seal completely. Easy fixes available for that, no replacement Exhaust Manifold needed.

Thanks Thats good to hear, because for some reason drivers side manifolds are like hens teeth!

Apparently it’s not that they crack as much as they warp. Any info on a drivers side replacement would be appreciated.

I’m with Doc on this one. It’s a common issue I’ve repaired several Ls motor exhaust leaks including the aluminum 5.3 that you have. Never came across one that would not seal!!
I highly recommend that you buy ARP bolts for the replacement. Last time they will ever break. This is the part number you need

Yep, LS common problem, I've had to install clamps on 2 different manifolds/heads. Frustrating job sometimes but cheap and will last a long time.
