I recently replaced my 3.5 with another 3.5 it went in just fine. I checked all the grounds, good battery but now I get a no crank no start, .y obd 11 won't connect, the shiftlock won't release and the instruments cluster is throwing all kinds of codes, abs low fuel brakes and the security light is on. Does the ecu need to be reprogrammed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Storm

Has the engine cranked since the install?
Make sure battery is good and fully charged. Also check battery connections.
You may want to ask this question in the H3 section. Also give new engine details like where it came out of and milage when pulled

I do know the engine turns as I was able to crank it jumping the starter. By the engine number it is the same year 2006 3.5 as the one I pulled the reason for that was the previous owner ran it out of oil and put a rod through the block.I can't seem to get an answer on the mileage of the engine I purchased. There was some damage when the engine was relieved, oil filter was crushed , came position sensor was broken . I of course replaced both. Checked grounds and battery all seem to be ok..
