“Hunner Edition” back out there

Took the Hunner Edition out to Alpine Loop and Stony Pass. It was a pleasure wheeling his ride on the trails. It did a fine job.

Met H32NV out on the trails, nice running into another forum member there. I followed his group for a while.

Hey man, great to meet you. We were out there for my Wife's Bday and staying at an awesome ranch nearby called Oleo Ranch. Took my 5 and 7 year olds on the Alpine loop in a rental Rubicon. My H3 still runs and drives great but my wife wanted more space to travel to the cabins so we took our SUV. Great to see Hunner's truck end up in good hands. I saw the rig in Animas while we were stopped and then we said Hi on the top of Engineer Pass. It is surprising how similar our H3 builds were, with many identical parts down to the Hutchinson beadlocks(which still leak, but I have tricks). Happy Trails.
