AM General rolled this out yesterday to compete as an independent contractor on the JLTV bid.
I'd have to take a closer look at more pictures but it seems to be based on the ECV 16,000 lb GVW HMMWV chassis with a blast resistant cab, new suspension [still double A-arm coil spring independent suspension], 20" wheels and I speculate the optimizer 3200 engine with the Alison 1000 transmission.
It may be slightly wider and is taller than the H1, if you look at the rear fenders it looks like its based on a modified HMMWV quarter rear panel.
