Rear Blistien 5100 + tomp skids?

I was going to order new rear shocks from trail duty, and it says the blistein 5100s will not fit the Tomp low profile shock mount without extended shackles? Is this true, if so what kind of shackles would I need to get. Thanks

I sell shackles that give the H3 an additional inch, for basically the same reason when using my high clearance leaf spring mounts.

Are the TV shock mounts the same as the Tomp ones? As far as I know Tomp didn't sell any through Trail Duty. Might want to PM Tomp for confirmation

I think they are, the TOMP skids are the low profile shock mounts.

I didn't think you could get the tomp leaf spring/shock mounts anymore... Unless of course I'm reading this wrong and you already have them...

I believe the reason it suggests to get extended shackles is because of the tomp plates. They have a higher shock mounting point vs stock. Adding the shackles would help the shocks operate in their ideal travel range.
