e The BDS knuckle your using on your Colorado is that for like a 4" lift kit? Are you using H3 arms or a Michigan Metal Works Upper and H3 Lower? Sorry if this info is somewhere posted, I'm being lazy.

Yeah I hear you on the Silverado knuckles, price is right, only bigger cost is the MMW UCA's, still wonder how much lift this would be. The Trakmotive extended travel your referring to is that for the H3 cv's? If so, got a part number?

I wonder what this setup would net for lift? The Silverado knuckles could be junkyard sourced, just leaves the Michigan metal works UCA's. However the ZR2 telescoping CV axles are also intriguing.

Now that's a reply that peaks my interest. I see the colorado's lift kits (04-12) come with new knuckles, if those work with H3 arms and cv's that's a game changer. What forum has the discussion about them using H3 arms and cv's on their Colorado's? I'm interested in this research. Thanks...

I wish you were right about the 10K residents, unfortunately since Covid, many people came from CA and other populated areas to SD.

With only 160,00 H3's ever produced, and the newest one being 14 years old, that leaves a fair amount of them retired from wrecks and financial infeasibility. Say you have a H3 that books for 7K, needs a motor, trans, transfercase and you can't do the work yourself, it doesn't make sense to...

Yeah I get it, but on the other hand how many wrecked or dead in the water H3 are laying somewhere with the Rancho lift on them? I have yet to see a H3 running around in my area with a Rancho lift on it. Leads me to believe many of the original Rancho lifts are sitting on H3's that have been...

    new transfer case purchase questions

Appreciate the thoughts, I ordered the BG4494/NR6 rebuilt today. Cost was $1470 with shipping both ways and tax. I wanted the lower gears, I run a 33 inch tire now, but would like 35's, wish the elusive Rancho lift kit would show up somewhere. As resourceful as people are on the internet...

    new transfer case purchase questions

I will be doing the work, but do not have the time for a rebuild right now, just an install, so I would like to purchase a rebuilt transfer case. Thanks for the reply.

My transfer case needs replaced on my base model 2007 H3. I would like to upgrade to the 4494/NR6 with the 4:1 low range. I will be buying a rebuilt one. The NR6 is a direct bolt-in correct? What about electrical plugs? Anybody have any suggestions where to purchase, Evolution Driveline...

    HVAC temp resistor mod

My 2007 Hummer has the HVAC temp control issue with when on all the way cold, one click towards warm and it goes all the way hot. I read the tech article on the resistor mod, but my question is, does this modification take the place of replace the control knobs themselves or does it change...
